One area I’ve been working on:

In some ways the jaw moves independently of the rest of the head. If you keep the jaw direction moving in coordination with the shoulders, there is less tension in the neck muscles. At the same time the rest of the head moves less… another reduction in tension.

I practice while walking. Feels weird at first but then feels normal.
