Damnn girl, mic drop on that one. I've never directly connected the benefits of frequency music to the effects on the mitochondria. That is astounding, thank you for sharing that connection. Now I need to go ruminate and apply that -- that was a giant aha, click.

Right? When I first came across research showing that cells respond to vibration, it completely changed how I thought about sound. We tend to think of music as purely emotional or psychological, but cells are literally responsive to vibration. There are also frequencies we can’t hear that our cells can still ‘feel.’ That’s a whole layer of biology we’ve barely studied. I really wish we had more data on it.

Thank you, Bill! I am glad you enjoyed it. I became curious why some music creates such a sense of bliss, inspiration and calm and it turns out there’s almost always a pattern behind what feels magical.
